Assignment Sequence
Students will apply
three major theoretical perspectives and lifespan development concepts to
interpret, assess, and better understand their life experiences. Theories must
be integrated with personal examples. The assignment sequence is below:

It’s a good idea to begin drafting the assignment this week, as the draft is
due in Week 10.
Keep the following questions and
concepts in mind:
- How did you organize your three major theoretical perspectives they
relate to your life experiences?
- Did you fully explore Erikson’s Developmental milestones within the
paper?
- How did you organize your biological, psychological, social,
cultural, and spiritual dimensions of your development in the paper?
- What APA changes do I need to make (headings, references, in-text
citations, etc.)?
- What recommendations from the outline do I need to change/improve in
the paper?
Wk10 assignment: Lifespan Assessment Theory
Integration Draft Instructions Aligned Objectives: Employ a conceptual
framework for understanding human behavior and the social environment. Identify
and apply systems and learning theory concepts to families. Describe three
major sociological theories about human behavior. Explore identity formation in
adolescence. Describe Erikson’s theories of psychological development during
young and middle adulthood. | Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is
two-fold. The first purpose is to help students to better understand
developmental theories to apply to a real-life scenario (their own lives) and
secondly to help students to self-reflect. Self-reflection is an important part
of social work education.
